4. What happen if I selected an item and put into the shopping cart but do not proceed for a period of time ?
  Merchandise that has been put on the shopping cart will be reserved for a period of 4 hours for further execution by user.
After this period, the merchandise would be taken out from the cart (quantity be reduced to 0 upon checkout) and be available for other customers.

  You can make your payment thru T/T. It would be T/T 30% deposit upon confirm order, 70% upon received fax / email Copy of BL

8. How do I know if my order has been received?
  Upon receipt of your order, an Order Acknowledgement screen will be generated, issuing an order reference number.
Please print out this page for future reference. You will also receive a draft P.I. within 48 hours via email confirming that we have received your order details.

9. Can I add to an existing order ?
  You can add items to your order until you confirm your payment details and complete the order.
Once the order is confirmed, you cannot add items to the same order. If you like to order additional items, please place a new order.

10. How long will the delivery of my purchase take after the payment done?
  Within 14 days after Receive of (T/T) 30% Deposit
If the products not available at the time you purchased or out of stock, we will contact you to make necessary arrangement.

11. How can I know when the goods will be delivered to me?
  We will inform you on the delivery date once the order is confirmed.

12. How much is the delivery charge?
  Partial Shipment Allowed Plus /Minus 3% and Transshipment Allowed. USD300 will be charged for every 20GP container

13. Can I return a product, exchange it or get a refund?
  Once the order is confirmed or the goods is delivered, you are NOT allowed to cancel the order nor return, exchange & refund.
